As Vice President, Maria is responsible for covering a diversified set of Canadian headquarterd clients navigating the global landscape to provide wholesale Treasury Products and Services. Prior to this role, Maria was covering International clients, looking to do business in Canada. She assisted foreign multinationals navigate the Canadian banking landscape providing credit and treasury services. Additionally, she is co-chair of the Canadian Chapter of Women on the Move and she is actively involved with the local United Way organization within JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. Toronto Branch.
Maria was previously a Relationship Services Associate when initially transferring to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. Toronto Branch, over fourteen years ago. In that role she conducted prospect analytics, created marketing pitches and assisted with credit and loan documentation along with a variety of other relationship management responsibilities.
Before joining JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Toronto Branch, Maria worked for eight years in Asset Management servicing Private Bank clients, as an Account Officer. In this role, Maria provided personal customer service for high net worth individuals managing their custody, brokerage, fiduciary, and bank accounts. In this position Maria held her Series 7 and 63 brokerage license and earned multiple leadership awards for providing excellent customer service while supporting the firm’s principles.
Maria is a member of the non for profit Girl Guides of Canada organization for the last fourteen years, where she is a Unit Leader and Treasurer.
Maria has a Bachelor Degree of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in International Business Management from Goldey-Beacom College in Wilmington, Delaware. She has been married for 19 years and has one daughter.
