Laura Irwin is the Senior Vice President of People and Capability for Mastercard’s global Cyber and Intelligence Solutions. As a member of the Cyber and Intelligence leadership team, she is responsible for aligning the talent strategy with the organization’s long term product, technical and financial objectives. She provides strategic people leadership for the multi-disciplined global business unit, with a focus on driving culture, performance, career development, and diversity and inclusion. Prior to joining Mastercard, Laura held numerous HR leadership roles, predominantly in the technology sector, including SAP, ATI/AMD, and CHC Helicopters, where she worked and lived abroad.
Laura holds a degree from the University of Ottawa, with a post graduate degree in Human Resources Management. In her spare time, she’s an aviation enthusiast and recreational pilot.
