I currently lead Enterprise Payments Strategy during a once in a generation global transformation, accelerated digital/technology advances and increasing customer expectations. I co-create line of business strategies, roadmap payments platform investments, govern enterprise payments oversight and lead industry collaboration as Chair of Payments Canada's Member Advisory Committee. I am well positioned to take on this leadership role given prior impacts and leadership at TDBG. My experience ranges from predictive analytics/risk management, to retail product leadership with an emphasis on lending and now payments. I have had great opportunities over 20 years at TDBG and would highlight that I can manage breadth and depth at the same time given the diversity of my experiences. Highlights of my career including going deep into data insights, managing a national sales team in auto lending, managing multiple P&Ls, running large programs and navigating complex negotiations including to landing the Aimia/Aeroplan business and national alignment around Payments Modernization with regulators.
