Amanda joined ACI in 2008 as a software development project manager, and transitioned to product management in 2010 as a Business Analyst as she became increasingly passionate about fraud prevention and payment security. In 2012, she moved into leadership roles, as a Product Manager and then Director, continuing to drive the product roadmap for ACI’s fraud prevention and AML products. 

ACI’s Fraud Management products and services provide a full service for fraud detection, prevention and case management. The products have been developed based on payments and fraud prevention industry best practices and continue to evolve. Amanda remains constantly curious and interested in fraud prevention, due the constantly evolving needs for the products and the payments industry overall. 

Amanda has a B.S. degree in Management Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration, both from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. She lives in Overland Park with her husband, two children, and their dog and cat.
